Tamil Nadu School Murder: A shocking incident has come to light at Kamalapuram Government Higher Secondary School near Omalur in Salem district of Tamil Nadu, where a woman working as a teacher was murdered by a man by stabbing her on the head and neck multiple times after entering the school. The deceased has been identified as Vidya, who is about 44 years old.
The students present in the school at the time of the incident started screaming in fear of the sudden attack. When some people came running to the spot, they saw that the accused had fled from there.
How did you attack?
According to the information received, this attack took place when the teacher was on her duty in the school. Then suddenly a person entered the school and attacked them brutally. The attackers brutally attacked him several times on his head and neck, due to which he died on the spot. During the attack, the students present there got scared and started running here and there screaming. After this incident there was chaos in the school.
Marital dispute came to light in police investigation
On receiving information about the incident, Omalur DSP Sanjeev Kumar and the local police team reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it to Omalur Government Hospital for post-mortem.
During the investigation, the police came to know that the murdered teacher Vidya was married to Vijaymurugan of Karimangalam in Dharmapuri district about 10 years ago, who was already married and divorced. After divorce he married Vidya. Both of them have a three-year-old daughter named Ashok Shivsundari.
Absconding husband suspected of murder
Meanwhile, it was also revealed that there were frequent fights between the husband and wife for a long time, and even months ago the woman had filed a complaint with the Tholsampatti police. The accused husband was accused of doubting his wife, abusing her and assaulting her. Not only this, the accused husband had threatened the wife and even threatened to kill her.
At present she was separated from her husband and was living in Omalur area for a month and used to go to school from there. However, the accused husband is absconding after this murder and the police suspect that her husband Vijaymurugan may have a hand in the murder. The police are continuously searching for him.
