The ministry said- we are trying to bring the ships back

Mukesh Mangal said that we are trying to bring back our ships in coordination with the Foreign Ministry. We are making full efforts for this. As soon as it will be possible for our ships to sail from the Strait of Hormuz. Those ships will return. At present, there are a total of 15 Indian flagged and Indian owned ships present there.

Apart from this, he gave information about Green Asha and Jag Vikram ship. He told that the Green Asha ship has reached the shores of JNPT Mumbai on 9th April. Apart from this, Jag Vikram will reach Kandla on 15th April.

What is going on in the Strait of Hormuz?

Actually, America is adamant regarding this place. He has accused Iran of extortion. In such a situation, after the announcement of America’s blockade, Iran has said that if its ports are threatened, then no port in the Persian Gulf or the Gulf of Oman will be safe.

At the same time, Trump says that America will start a blockade of ships trying to enter or exit the Strait of Hormuz with immediate effect. He has instructed the US Navy to stop those ships which have paid fees to Iran for passing through the Strait of Hormuz.
