DGCA formed a four-member committee to investigate the matter.
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) constituted a four-member committee on Friday last week (December 5, 2025) to investigate the matter after the IndiGo plane crisis and this committee has been asked to submit its report within 15 days. The committee is investigating every aspect related to the operation so that such a situation does not arise again in future.
