Raising questions on the development of Seemanchal, he said, “Nitish Kumar has been the Chief Minister for twenty years, but he did not build any AIIMS for Seemanchal, did not set up any industry and did not do any concrete development work. What did he do for the people of Seemanchal in these twenty years?”
