Once again a technical glitch was observed in the Air Traffic Control (ATC) system at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport on Friday (November 7) morning. Due to this, many flights have departed late and passengers have had to face long waits on the runway.
Due to a technical glitch in the system, both incoming and outgoing flights have been affected, creating an atmosphere of chaos at the airport and huge crowds were seen at the boarding gates. Airlines said that the flight is getting delayed due to air traffic congestion at Delhi airport.
There was a technical fault a few days ago also
Let us tell you that this incident is also important because this is the second time in the last few days that Delhi Airport has faced a technical fault. Earlier this week also, the check-in process of some airlines came to a standstill, causing delays in flights. At that time the airport management had said that we are working with all the agencies to reduce delays and normalize operations.

What was said by Delhi Airport
After this, on Wednesday the airport had issued an update saying that all the flights are now running normally, but on Friday the same problem started again. That is, for the third time within just a few days, a technical glitch has affected the operations of Delhi Airport, due to which the problems of passengers are continuously increasing. Delhi Airport has given information about technical fault in the air traffic control system by posting on X on Friday.
