After gifting the first ship to Kochi, the Indian Navy is going to demonstrate preparations related to Operation Sindoor in Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala and this demonstration will be organized on the occasion of the 24th Navy Day, which is celebrated every year on 4 December.
According to the Indian Navy, warships, submarines, fighter jets and reconnaissance aircraft will also participate in the operational demo on December 4. In such a situation, along with the combat capabilities, operational preparedness and technological excellence of the Navy which create fear in the enemy camp, the maritime power and self-reliance of the country will also be a part of this demo.
General public will see multi-domain operations of Indian Navy
According to Indian Navy spokesperson Captain Vivek Madhwal, the main attraction of the operational demo will be the demonstration of the capabilities of the Indian Navy during Operation Sindoor (6-10 May) due to which the enemy (Pakistan) did not dare to audacity against India. These include the Navy’s ability to attack targets with precision, speed and dominance at sea. In such a situation, on the occasion of Navy Day, the local public will get an opportunity to see the multi-domain operations of the Indian Navy on the Shankumugham Beach of Thiruvananthapuram.
Defense Minister threatened Pakistan
Recently, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh had said that the Indian Navy was fully prepared in the Arabian Sea during Operation Sindoor. If Pakistan had the audacity to escalate the war, then like the Army and Air Force, the Indian Navy could also have attacked Pakistan through the sea. The Defense Minister even said that the next time Pakistan carries out an incident like the Pahalgam attack, the Indian Navy will be given the opportunity for a surgical strike.

This is the third Navy Day, which is being celebrated outside the country’s capital Delhi. Earlier, the Navy had celebrated its Raising Day at Sindhudurg in Maharashtra and Puri Beach in Odisha.
This week, Survey Vessel SVL Ikshak was deployed for the first time at Kochi Naval Base in the presence of Naval Chief Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi. The Southern Naval Command is headquartered in Kochi, Kerala, but being a training command, no warship was deployed here, but now SVL Ishak has been deployed here, which will play the role of a guide for the Navy in the sea.
