A big statement of Taiwan President Lai Ching-Tee has come for receiving the Nobel Peace Prize for US President Donald Trump. He said in an American radio show and podcast that if Donald Trump could convince China to leave the use of force against Taiwan, he should get the Nobel Prize.
The President of Taiwan said that despite the absence of formal relations, the US is against Taiwan’s claim on China and is the most important international supporter of Taiwan, but since Trump took over, he has not made any announcement with him about any new weapon deal.
Trump can meet Xi Jinping in South Korea
According to a report by Reuters, Trump could meet Xi Jinping at a meeting of Asia-Pacific region leaders in South Korea later this month. Lai referred to Trump’s comments in August this week at The Clay Travis and Bak Sexton Show, in which she said that Xi Jinping has told her that as long as she is an American President, China will not attack Taiwan.
When will Trump get Nobel Peace Prize
