TMC Leader Murder: In Hooghly, unknown miscreants shot TMC leader with bullets, opposition leaders said- internal discord

The process of murder of leaders in West Bengal is not taking the name of stopping. After Bhangar, Sainthia and Mallarpur, a TMC leader has now been killed in Konnagar, Hooghly. Please tell that Pintu Chakraborty alias Munna, a TMC Gram Panchayat member of Kanipur Panchayat, was murdered in front of his own gas office in Konnagar.

It is being told that this incident happened when Pintu Chakraborty was coming out of his gas office, as soon as he was going to close his office and sitting on his bike, two miscreants attacked him. The miscreants killed Pintu Chakraborty with a sharp weapon.

TMC Gram Panchayat member Pintu Chakraborty alias Munna was first taken to Kanipur Rural Hospital due to serious injuries to the body, arms and legs and was later admitted to SSKM’s Trauma Center. However, he died due to too much bleeding.

A TMC leader was killed in Murshidabad recently
An influential TMC leader was attacked by unknown assailants in the resinagar area of Murshidabad district. TMC leader Petit Paul was shot dead by a gang near his house on the night of 21 July and after that he was attacked with a sharp weapon. Due to this, he died on Saturday.

Former Congress MP and former State Congress President Adhir Chaudhary said that the murder is a case of internal discord of the Trinamool Congress and demanded a fair inquiry. On the other hand, CPI (M) Central Committee member Sujan Chakraborty said that this incident proves that TMC supporters and local level leaders are not safe in the state.
