In the Delhi Red Fort blast case, the investigating agencies have got the WhatsApp chat of terrorist Adil, in which he is seen repeatedly pleading for money. This chat was deleted from Adil’s phone, but the investigating agencies have recovered it. This chat is said to be of 5, 6, 7 and 9 September.
To whom did Adil beg for money?
In the hospital in Saharanpur where Adil worked, he was repeatedly demanding money from an officer. Adil wrote in the chat of 5 September 2025, Good afternoon sir…. I had requested to credit the salary. You will be of great help sir… there is a great need of money.” After this Adil says to put it in my account sir… which I had given earlier.
‘There is a great need of money… please give it’
After this, on September 6, Adil wrote, “Good morning sir, please do… I will be grateful to you.” On September 7, he wrote, “Sir, need salary as soon as possible… need money… please, you will be of great help.” On September 9, Adil wrote, “Please do it tomorrow… I am in great need of money sir.” Investigative agencies suspect that this money might have been used to buy explosives. Out of the Rs 26 lakh that was used in the Delhi blast, Adil had given Rs 8 lakh.
