Strange developments in Supreme Court: A lawyer, security personnel immediately evacuated him towards the seat of Chief Justice

A dramatic incident was seen in the Supreme Court on Monday. A lawyer increased aggressively towards the seat of Chief Justice BR Gawai in the court room. The security personnel present in the court excluded him. While going out, the lawyer also raised the slogan of ‘insulting Sanatan, will not bear Hindustan’.

According to some eyewitnesses of this incident, which took place at around 11.30 am, the lawyer tried to take off his shoe, while some eyewitnesses say that instead of taking off the shoe, he was trying to say something while waving rounded paper. The lawyer has been handed over to the police.

The matter is being seen in Khajuraho with the comment of the Chief Justice in a case related to the restoration of the fragmented statue of Lord Vishnu. On 16 September, the Chief Justice refused to intervene the subject, describing the subject as the jurisdiction of the Archaeological Survey of India. At the same time, he had said in a light tone from the petition, ‘You say that you are a great devotee of Lord Vishnu. You pray to them to do something.

This comment was strongly opposed in social media. People accused the Chief Justice of hurting religious sentiments. After this, on September 18, Chief Justice Gawai gave clarification in the open court. He had said that his intention was not to disrespect anyone. He respects all religions.

Gradually, the dispute had cooled down, but on Monday, a lawyer’s protest brought it into the discussion. The name of the lawyer is being described as Rakesh Kishore. At the time when the lawyer was close to the seat of judges, he also told Justice Vinod Chandran sitting with the Chief Justice in the bench that he is opposed only by the Chief Justice.

The Chief Justice remained completely calm during this incident. He asked the lawyers to continue the work while comforting. The Chief Justice said, ‘You guys should not be distracted by such things. Such things do not affect me. The whole incident was barely 1 minute. After this incident, the court’s action continued smoothly.
