DK Shivkumar group reached Delhi

DK Shivakumar supporting MLA TD Rajegowda met Congress Organization General Secretary Venugopal. The DK Shivakumar faction is insisting that two and a half years of the Siddaramaiah-led government have been completed and as per the agreed agreement, Shivakumar should now be made the CM. All the leaders who reached Delhi will meet Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge and discuss this agreement.

‘Siddaramaiah will fulfill his promise of two and a half years’

DK Suresh, brother of DK Shivakumar and former Lok Sabha MP from Bengaluru Rural, said on Thursday (20 November 2025) that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will keep his promise made for two and a half years. CM Siddaramaiah says that there was talk of cabinet reshuffle after two and a half years. He said that he will present his record 17th budget next year.

My power is safe now and in future: Siddaramaiah

Karnataka CM said, “My power is safe now and in the future. Sincere efforts are being made to fulfill the promises made to the public. It is a superstition that if I come to Chamarajanagar, I will lose power. I go to Chamarajanagar because I do not believe in superstitions and rumours. I consider all the districts of the state equal and visit all the districts.”

When asked whether he would continue to be the Chief Minister for five years, Siddaramaiah said, “This is an unnecessary debate. The issue of changing the Chief Minister has come up only after talking about the cabinet reshuffle after two and a half years. Party leaders need to take a decision on the cabinet reshuffle. There are a total of 34 ministerial posts, out of which two are vacant. These vacant ministerial posts will be filled during the cabinet reshuffle.”
