Royal Enfield dominates the market on the strength of Bullet and Classic 350! Sold more than 1 lakh bikes in 30 days

Royal Enfield has performed brilliantly in January 2026, registering total sales of 1,04,322 motorcycles. This figure shows a strong year-on-year (YoY) growth of 14.47% compared to 91,132 units sold last year in January 2025. This added an additional volume of 13,190 units on an annual basis. There is a marginal increase of 0.72% on month-on-month (MoM) basis from 1,03,574 units in December 2025.

The company sold 93,781 units in the domestic market, which is 15.70% more than 81,052 units in January 2025. This strong performance in domestic sales was driven by demand for Royal Enfield’s popular 350cc range, especially models like the Classic 350, Bullet 350 and Hunter 350. These models showed a growth of 18% in the 350cc segment, while there was a decline of 8% in the segment above 350cc.

The company also performed well in exports. In January 2026, 10,541 units have been sent to foreign markets. This figure is 4.57% more than last year. An increase of 1.39% was also recorded on MoM basis. Since the beginning of the financial year till now (April 2025 to January 2026), exports have reached 1,09,731 units, which is 30.17% more than the same period last year. With this the company crossed the historical figure of 1 lakh units in exports.

With this strong January performance, Royal Enfield has achieved total motorcycle sales of 10,25,420 so far in the financial year 2025-26 (FY26). This is a huge increase of 25.32% from last year’s 8,18,209 units in the period April 2025-January 2026. Domestic sales stood at 9,15,689 units YTD (24.77% YoY growth), while overall the company has crossed the milestone of selling 1 million (10 lakh) motorcycles in just 10 months.

This success of Royal Enfield is linked to the popularity of new models like Himalayan 450 and the updated Classic series, better dealer network and increasing demand in export markets (Europe, America etc.). The company is maintaining sales of 1 lakh+ units for the fourth consecutive month, which strengthens its stability and growth trajectory. These figures may improve further with the festive season and new launches in the coming months.
