Honda has launched its electric scooter Honda Activa E in the market while stepping into the world of electronic vehicle. The company claims a range of 102 km with this. Now its real mileage has come out.

New Delhi. Recently, India’s leading motorcycle manufacturer Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) launched its most popular scooter Honda Activa’s electric avatar Honda Activa E. The company has kept its initial price of Rs 1.17, which goes up to Rs 1.52 lakh. The company claims a 102-km range regarding Activa-E. Now the real mileage of this electric scooter of Honda has come out. Gaadiwaadi, by testing mileage, found out how much the real mileage of Honda Activa E is.
Petrol scooter expensive
The company has brought this scooter with a battery swapping plan. Its basic plan is Rs 2000 plus GST (Rs 2360). You can consume 35 kW in so much money. Once charged, 3 kW is finished. You can swap 12 times for Rs 2360. In such a situation, about 196 rupees will have to be spent on swaping once. If we look at real mileage, it has run 56.6 km on spending Rs 196, that is, it had to spend Rs 3.5 every 1 km. In this way, the cost of Activa Electric is more than the petrol scooter.
No battery ownership, you will have to go to the swapping station
Currently, the company has launched Activa E in Bengaluru. The company has built several batteries swapping (exchange) stations. Honda Activa E does not get an ownership of battery. You have to go to Honda’s swapping station and swap the battery.
