Preparations for the flag hoisting program on the peak of Ram Lala temple in Ayodhya have intensified. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat will attend this program as chief guests. On 25th November, a 22 feet long and 11 feet wide flag will be hoisted on the peak of Ram temple. This ceremony will be like a grand consecration ceremony.
News agency PTI quoted sources as saying that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will install the flag over the Ram temple in Ayodhya, which reminds of the grand consecration. There will be a big gathering of senior BJP leaders for this event to be held in Ayodhya on 25th November, which will also be the beginning of the party’s new campaign.
Will review the Vikas Uttar Pradesh campaign
Sources said the Prime Minister will invite participants for the world’s largest Scouts and Guides Jamboree, in which more than 35,000 cadets are expected to participate. He will also review the success of the Vikas Uttar Pradesh campaign, for which more than 5 lakh suggestions have been received so far. Along with this, PM Modi will also inspect the Jewar International Airport project.
Organization of 5 day festival
According to Govind Dev Giri, treasurer of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, the saffron colored flag with the symbols of Surya, Om and Kovidar tree mentioned in Valmiki Ramayana will be hoisted on the 42-feet high pillar on the 161-feet high peak of the Ram temple in Ayodhya on November 25. He told that the 5-day celebration will start from November 21 and will conclude with the flag hoisting on November 25.
This ritual will be performed by the Acharyas of Ayodhya and Kashi. The flag installed on the peak of Ram temple will be based on ball-bearings that can rotate 360 degrees so that the flag can withstand strong wind speeds of up to 60 km per hour. For this reason, the quality of the flag cloth is being checked.
