Former CM of Haryana narrated an anecdote
Manohar Lal Khattar recalled his first responsibility and said that I got the first job in Faridabad. It is a matter of 1980. In 1981, the district campaigner came to meet me. After two days of meetings, they asked me to leave the bus stand. While going, he set foot on the stairs of the bus, stopped and turned and told me that I forgot. Your transfer has become Rohtak. I said okay
Khattar said what I needed to think? I did not ask ‘Rohtak only’. Whenever I get some responsibility, I accept it. No work is big or small. Even if I am not this (Vice President) or that (BJP chief), then there will be a lot of work. I will find something else.
What did Khattar say about Dhankhar case?
Regarding the appointment of Vice President and the new BJP Chief, Khattar said that new officials will come before the year ends in both the posts, although the Vice President will be filled long before the time limit after Jagdeep Dhankhar’s sudden resignation. When asked about the sudden resignation of the Vice President, he said that without trusting the government, he took a proposal from the opposition. This was the strategy of the government. He questioned indiscipline about the former Vice President in this particular case.
