While addressing the election rally in Buxar, Bihar, Union Home Minister Amit Shah described Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar as a development man. He said that Chhathi Maiya should keep her blessings on the people of Bihar and give such blessings that Jungle Raj never comes here again. Targeting the opposition, the Home Minister said that these people only practice familyism, but PM Modi and CM Nitish Kumar work for Bihar and the country.
‘Lalu Yadav opposed Ram temple for vote bank’
Home Minister Amit Shah said, “Lalu’s son is going to be wiped out at 1 pm on the 14th. Lalu Yadav was opposing the Ram temple out of greed for vote bank. Now the people of Bihar are going to answer him for this. Our government built a grand temple of Lord Ram in Ayodhya. We are building a grand temple of Mata Sita in Sitamarhi.”
Accusing the UPA government on the issue of terrorism, the Home Minister said, “Lalu Yadav and Sonia Gandhi’s government used to feed biryani to the terrorists, but Modi ji’s government killed the terrorists by entering their homes through Operation Sindoor. PM Modi has worked to free Bihar from Naxalism. The land of Bihar has tolerated the jungle raj of Lalu-Rabri for years.”
Lalu’s sons are not able to launch: Amit Shah
Taking a dig at Tejashwi Yadav, he said, “Lalu Yadav launched his son Tejashwi five times, but he is not able to launch. No launch from our Sriharikota fails, but Lalu’s son Tejashwi is not able to launch.” He asked, “Lalu ji, have you done anything other than robbery, kidnapping, ransom, heinous massacre, tell me?”
He said, “Lalu Yadav took the bait by doing a scam of Rs 940 crore, Lalu did the railway scam, did the benami property scam, can the person who has done so many scams do any good to Bihar? Only PM Modi and CM Nitish Kumar can do good to Bihar.”
