Udaipur Files Case in Supreme Court: A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court to stop the release of the film ‘Udaipur Files Kanhaiya Lal Taylor Murder’ based on Kanhaiya Lal Murder Case. This petition is of Mohammad Javed Javed, one of the accused in the case.

The petition filed in the Supreme Court states that the performance of the film may affect the case going on in Jaipur’s National Investigation Agency (NIA) court. Fair justice requires a ban on the release of the film.

Jamiat Ulema A Hind has also filed a petition
Prior to Mohammad Javed, the Islamic organization ‘Jamiat Ulema-e-Hindi’ has also filed a petition against it in different High Courts (High Court), calling the film a communal. Let us know that this film is going to release on July 11. The petition of accused Javed said that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has given a certificate to the film. In such a situation, the court should ask the central government to intervene in the case using the power gained under Section 6 of the Cinematograph Act.
