Electric 2W Sales Jan 2026: The demand for Electric 2-Wheelers is increasing with time in the Indian auto market. The same was seen in last month’s sale also. All the two-wheeler manufacturing companies of the country together sold a total of 1,22,812 new EV two-wheelers last month. This figure shows an annual increase of 24.77 percent compared to the total 98,427 units sold in January 2025.

TVS is at number one in terms of sales. Last month they sold a total of 34,558 new electric scooters. This figure represents a spectacular increase of 43.82 percent on an annual basis as compared to the total 24,028 units sold in January 2025.
Bajaj
Bajaj has reached second position in terms of sales. Last month they sold a total of 25,598 new electric scooters. This figure shows a spectacular increase of 19.23 percent on an annual basis as compared to the total 21,470 units sold in January 2025.
ather
Ather is at number three in terms of sales. Last month they sold a total of 21,999 new electric scooters. This figure shows an impressive increase of 67.97 percent on an annual basis compared to the total 13,097 units sold in January 2025.
Hero Vida
On the basis of explosive growth in sales, Vida has left Ola behind. A total of 13,302 units were sold last month. This figure represents a huge increase of 718 percent on an annual basis as compared to the total 1626 units sold by Vida in January 2025.

Olo’s sales have exploded. Last month they sold only 7516 units. This figure shows a huge decline of 69.21 percent on an annual basis compared to the total 24,413 units sold in January 2025.
Apart from the top-5 EV two-wheeler companies of the country mentioned above, last month 5337 units of Greaves Ampere, 2587 units of River EV, 2477 units of Bgauss, 2033 units of E-Sprinto and other companies together have sold a total of 7405 units.
