Senior Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader Indresh Kumar on Sunday (October 19, 2025) hit back at Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah’s statement and said that it is unfortunate for the country that Congress has divided the country. It has become his habit to spew venom against Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. I will pray to God that his leaders and party get wisdom.
He alleged that if anyone has insulted Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, then Congress has done it the most. On Akhilesh Yadav’s statement, Indresh Kumar said that Deep Utsav has been celebrated for thousands and lakhs of years. Crores of people get employment through this. He said that those who are opposing this are also opposing the livelihood of the poor. Such light protests should not be made, they should not be kicked in the stomach.
‘Everyone has the right to celebrate their own festival’
RSS leader Indresh Kumar said that wherever festivals are celebrated in the world, people of every religion use fireworks on their festivals. This time the Supreme Court has given permission to burn green crackers on Diwali in Delhi.
He said that these firecrackers are lit to express happiness and they should not be stopped. Everyone should have the right to celebrate their own festivals. No one should make any statement on anyone’s festival.
RSS leader Indresh Kumar’s appeal to the people
He appealed to the people and said that they should take a resolution while lighting every lamp. Light a lamp while taking a pledge to create a drug-free India, a hate-free India, a united India and a clean India. Apart from this, also light a lamp to help the poor and humanity.
