The main accused in the Goa fire case and club owners Gaurav Luthra and Saurabh Luthra have fled the country to Phuket. The process of issuing Red Corner Notice against whom has started. As soon as the FIR was registered in the Goa Club fire case, Goa Police immediately swung into action and sent a special team to Delhi to arrest the accused brothers Gaurav and Saurabh to raid their Delhi address. However, both the main accused were not found present there. After this, under legal provisions, Goa Police pasted a notice at his house.
B.O.I. issued lookout circular on the request of Goa Police
On the request of Goa Police regarding this matter, the Bureau of Immigration (BOI) issued a Lookout Circular (LOC) against both the accused in the club fire incident by Sunday (December 7, 2025) evening.
On contacting the Immigration Bureau located in Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra, it was learned that both the accused Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra had left for Phuket on Indigo Airlines flight 6E 1073 at 5:30 am on Sunday (December 7, 2025). That is, immediately after the fire at Goa Club at midnight, both the accused brothers fled to Phuket.
Accused fled the country to avoid police investigation
The immediate flight of the club owners to Phuket after the accident at the Goa-based club makes it clear that the club owner and the two brothers accused in the case fled the country with the intention of avoiding police investigation. After this, Goa Police has also started coordinating with the Interpol Division of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to arrest both the accused as soon as possible.
Interpol first issued Blue Corner Notice
A total of 25 people died tragically in the fire that broke out at the Birch by Romeo Lane night club in Goa. Goa CMO said that Interpol has issued a Blue Corner Notice against the accused Luthra Brothers. This Blue Notice is issued to gather additional information about the identity, location or activities of a person in connection with a criminal investigation.
