Two separate shooting incidents in the capital in the last two nights have given sleepless nights to the police and the people living in the area. Initial investigation revealed that this is not an ordinary case, but a new model of spreading terror and extortion by gangster Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
Heavy firing took place in West Vinod Nagar of East Delhi.
The first incident took place at around 12 o’clock on Monday night (January 12, 2026) in West Vinod Nagar of East Delhi. Two bike riders wearing helmets came to the area at midnight. Stopped outside the house of property dealer Jitendra Gupta. They fired bullets in the air and fled from the spot. This entire incident was also captured in CCTV camera. The whole locality got scared after hearing the sound of gunshots in the dark. No one was injured in this incident, but panic was definitely created.
While talking to ABP News, fear was clearly visible on the face of property dealer Jitendra Gupta. He said that this process of receiving threats has been going on since September. The person making the threat had described himself as a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and had demanded Rs 5 crore. Even after the firing, two audio messages were sent.
Second incident of firing in Delhi’s Paschim Vihar area
After this, the second incident took place on Tuesday (January 13, 2026) night in Paschim Vihar area of Delhi. Here, unknown assailants opened indiscriminate firing outside the gym. After the sound of bullets, the people nearby got scared. After this, a post appeared on social media, in which Lawrence Bishnoi gang took responsibility for the gym firing.
Firing incident also took place in Brampton, Canada
The investigation into two firings in two nights in Delhi was going on when in the meantime another firing case came to light from Brampton, Canada. On Tuesday (January 13), there was also firing at the house of a person named Jasvir Dhesi and the responsibility was again taken on social media. In the post, a person named Goldie Dhillon, describing himself as a member of Lawrence Bishnoi gang, wrote that whoever supports our opponents, the same will happen to him. Not only this, a video of the firing was also made by the miscreants, in which a person is clearly visible firing the bullet.
Lawrence Bishnoi gang’s network has spread at the international level.
After this firing in a high security place like Canada, it became clear that the gang’s network has spread not only in India but at the international level. Not only this, on Wednesday (January 14, 2026) another threatening post came out from this gang. In which a person calling himself an associate of Lawrence Bishnoi and Hashim Baba warned those selling drugs in Delhi-NCR.
It was written in the post that drug sellers are spoiling our future generation. The list is ready, we will remove each and every one from this world, that is, now the gang is not just limited to ransom, but is also directly targeting the drugs mafia. It is clear from these continuous incidents that there is no fear of police in the hearts of miscreants.
