Dr. Shaheen Saeed, associated with Al-Falah Medical College, Faridabad, arrested in the Delhi bomb blast case, has made many shocking revelations during interrogation. According to agency sources, Shaheen’s statement has made many claims related to terrorist conspiracy, weapons training, foreign trips and gathering explosive materials. Now all these claims are being thoroughly investigated.
Shaheen Saeed told that in the year 2006, she joined as a lecturer in Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College, Kanpur, where she worked till 2013. During this time, her first marriage took place with Dr. Jafar. In 2013, she married Shariq Khan of Ghaziabad for the second time and between 2014–2018, she worked with her husband at Majmah University in Saudi Arabia. During this period he also traveled to Dubai in 2015 and Thailand in 2018. Due to marital disputes, she applied for divorce in 2017 and got a legal divorce in the year 2023. Her husband got the custody of the children. In the year 2021, Shaheen Saeed joined Al-Falah Medical College as an Assistant Professor, where his starting salary was around Rs 1 lakh per month.
A month after joining the college, three doctors, Dr. Muzammil, Dr. Umar and Dr. Muzaffar came to the college. With time, the closeness between Shaheen and Dr. Muzammil increased and in September 2023, they got married in the madrasa in the presence of a Maulvi. Shaheen claims that Dr. Muzaffar and sometimes Dr. Muzammil also talked about settling in Afghanistan because Shariat law is applicable there.
Shaheen Saeed further told that in the year 2022, all three doctors disappeared from the college for a few days. Later it was revealed that he had gone to Türkiye, where he took arms training and then tried to go to Afghanistan, but failed. According to Shaheen’s statement, Danish, a young man from Kashmir, whose codename was Chhotu, often used to come to Al-Falah College and used to stay in the room of Dr. Omar. At the same time, a Kashmiri youth named Mohsin used to give his i20 car to Umar, the same car was used in the blast.
In October 2025, a Signal App group was formed, in which Muzammil, Umar, Adil, Mufti and Muzaffar were members. During conversation they called AK-47 as Alikak. Shaheen went to Kashmir twice in 2023 and 2024 and both times she stayed at Dr. Muzaffar’s house. He told that he visited Verinag and Pahalgam and also met Mufti Irfan through Dr. Muzammil. One night he saw three long bearded youths of 20-25 years of age having a meeting at the Mufti’s house. That same night Muzammil and Mufti stayed out till late night.
During interrogation, Shaheen Saeed confessed that he gave about Rs 20 lakh in cash to Muzammil in five installments. According to Shaheen, this money was used to buy fertilizer and prepare explosive material. However, Muzammil had told him that he would spend this money on helping the prisoners, betterment of Kashmiris and construction of madrassa. Later he rented a room in Sirohi through village head Jumma Khan for Rs 10,000 per month, where he stored fertiliser.
Together with Umar and Muzammil, they bought can bags, drums and dumped the material at three different places. Shaheen told that in March 2025, he had seen many fertilizer bags and plastic drums in Umar’s car. Doctors and Kashmiri youth were given these codenames-
Muzammil: Arshid,
Omar: Ghani
Muzaffar: Peer
Aadil: Javed
Mufti: Owaisi
After the arrest of Muzammil on 30 October 2025, Shaheen Saeed suspected that he had hidden something in his car. On searching the car, he found 1 Krinkov rifle, 1 pistol, several cartridges, CCTV cameras and bags. Frightened, Shaheen hid these weapons near the garbage dumping zone.
On 8 November 2025, Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested Shaheen Saeed from Al-Falah Campus and recovered all the weapons. Shaheen also told that Umar and Muzaffar used his car often. On August 15, 2024, Umar had told him, ‘Why do you people keep talking about patriotism? This is all nonsense. You are on the wrong path. After this Shaheen stopped giving him his car.
The agencies are separately verifying all the claims of Shaheen Saeed and the entire module is now under investigation.
