Major action has been taken regarding the terrorist attack near Red Fort in Delhi. Many doctors associated with this university have been detained by the investigating agencies in the Delhi bomb blast case, which include Dr. Omar Un Nabi, Dr. Shahid, Dr. Nisar-ul-Hassan and Dr. Muzammil.
NMC and NAAC also preparing for action
Al-Falah University is also now under investigation for providing wrong information about courses on its website. The National Medical Commission (NMC) has also indicated to take action against the university. NMC said that they are still waiting for sufficient evidence.
The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has issued a show cause notice to Al-Falah University for displaying incorrect accreditation on its website. It was said that the university neither has the recognition of NAAC nor has applied for NAAC.
Al-Falah University’s links related to Delhi blast
After the Delhi blast, Faridabad’s Falah Al-Falah University is under investigation after the arrest of doctors associated with the terror module. ED is also investigating the funding of this university. It is alleged that 10 years of financial filings and FCRA records of this university are missing from public.
