Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday (April 4, 2026) targeted Congress and Left parties and termed them experts in lying. He said that he calls everything from Kerala Story to Dhurandhar a lie, whereas the truth is that he himself has become a complete expert in telling lies.
Addressing an election rally in Thiruvalla, Kerala, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, ‘LDP and UDF have become experts in lying. He said that Kerala story is a lie, Kashmir files are a lie and Dhurandhar is also a lie.
Spreading lies regarding UCC and FCRA: PM Modi
Making a sharp attack on the opposition, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that Congress and Left parties have become factories of lies. He alleged that these parties are spreading fear and confusion among the people regarding the recent amendments in FCRA and Uniform Civil Code (UCC). He said, ‘These days these people are spreading a lot of lies about FCRA and UCC. UCC has been in force in Goa for decades, but lies are being spread about it too. He had done the same during the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). These people are working to spread lies.
Congress wants Gulf countries to consider India as enemy: PM Modi
In his address, PM Modi accused Congress leaders of endangering the lives of Indian citizens living in the Middle East by making dangerous statements. He said that the Congress Party wants that during the ongoing war in the Middle East, the Gulf countries should consider India as their enemy, that we should make any mistake here, make any such statement and about one crore Indian expatriates living in the Gulf countries would have to face problems and their lives would be in danger. That’s why Congress is giving such statements which will anger the Gulf countries.
He further said, ‘Congress is ready to compromise the safety of these migrants for electoral gains and is working to instigate tension in West Asia. Such irresponsible statements can affect India’s strong position in the Middle East.
