Chargesheet filed against Robert Vadra in Gurugram land scam, ED made 11 people accused

Ed Filed Chargesheet Against Robert Vadra: Robert Vadra’s difficulties have increased further due to disturbances in Gurugram’s land deal. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a charge sheet in the land scam case on Thursday (July 17, 2025) in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. In this charge sheet, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has accused a total of 11 people and companies.

In his charge sheet, the Enforcement Directorate in his charge sheet Robert Vadra, son -in -law of Congress Parliamentary Committee Chairman Sonia Gandhi and husband of Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, her company Sky Light Hospitality Private Limited (SKY Light Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.), her colleague Satyanand Yaji, only lion and her company Opterfrem Private Limited. (Onkareshwar Properties Pvt. Ltd.) and many others have also been included.

What is Gurugram land scam case after all,

It is noteworthy that at the time when this land scam took place in Gurugram, Haryana Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda was. This land scam case is related to the purchase and sale of 3.53 acres of land in Sector 83 of Gurugram, 3.53 acres of village Shikohpur, which was purchased by Robert Vadra’s company in 2008. It is alleged in this case that false documents were used in this deal and commercial license was also taken from personal influence.

After this, in September 2012, the same land was sold to the real estate company DLF for about 58 crores. It is alleged that by purchasing land at a low price, a lot of profit was earned and money laundering was done.

Gurugram police registered a case in 2018

The Gurugram police had already registered an FIR in this case on September 1, 2018, whose number is 288. At the same time, now the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached 43 properties worth Rs 37.64 crore on Wednesday (July 16, 2025) and then a charge sheet has been filed.

At present, the Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi has not approved to start a formal hearing on this charge sheet, but now in the next hearing it will be decided what steps the court takes further.
