Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday (November 04, 2025) warned Pakistan-sponsored terrorists not to attack India again and said that if they repeat such a mistake, ‘bullets will be answered with shells’. Shah said that the explosives made in the proposed defense corridor in Bihar will be used against these terrorists.
He said, ‘Pakistani terrorists had attacked our citizens in Pahalgam. He had wiped away the vermilion of the demands of our mothers and sisters. Prime Minister Narendra Modi took revenge by running Operation Sindoor within 20 days. The Indian Army entered Pakistan’s soil and eliminated the terrorists.
People of Bihar will be free from ‘Jungle Raj’
Shah said, ‘The Prime Minister is setting up a defense corridor in Bihar. If Pakistan sponsored terrorists commit a mistake again, ‘bullets will be answered with shells’. These shells will be made in Bihar only. Targeting the Congress, he said, ‘The government formed under the leadership of Modi ji is fully committed to the security of the country, whereas this was not the case during the Congress rule.’
Attacking Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad and his son Tejashwi Yadav, Shah said, ‘These people hail late Mohammad Shahabuddin, who had made Siwan a terror base during the RJD regime, but the people of Bihar will not allow the return of ‘Jungle Raj’.
Amit Shah’s appeal to voters
Addressing election rallies in Darbhanga, Motihari and Bettiah, Shah appealed to voters to press BJP’s election symbol ‘Lotus’ on the electronic voting machines (EVMs) to prevent the return of ‘Jungle Raj’ like the Lalu-Rabri regime that had ruined Bihar. He said, ‘Champaran is a witness to how the land of Bihar used to turn red with blood during the RJD rule.’
Shah also took a dig at Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and said, ‘He is carrying out ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’ in Bihar. I challenge Rahul Gandhi to take as many trips as he wants, but we will drive out the infiltrators from the country.
NDA will spend Rs 26 thousand crore on Kosi river
He said that if the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) returns to power, Rs 26 thousand crore will be spent for irrigation and flood control using Kosi river water. Shah said, ‘If you make a mistake on the day of voting on November 6, then the atmosphere of murder, loot, kidnapping and extortion will return in Bihar like the era of Lalu-Rabri rule.’
He claimed that all-round development of Bihar is possible only under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Shah said, ‘If NDA government is formed, Rs 26 thousand crore will be spent for irrigation and flood control using the water of Kosi river of Mithilanchal. The water of Ganga, Kosi and Gandak will be used for irrigation and prevention of water logging.
AIIMS like facilities will be available in Darbhanga
He said that if NDA comes to power, people of Mithila, Kosi region and Tirhut will not have to go to Patna or Delhi for treatment, because AIIMS like facilities will be provided in Darbhanga. Shah said, ‘3.60 crore people have been given free health insurance up to Rs 5 lakh, while the IT Park of Darbhanga will provide employment to the youth.’
He accused RJD that ‘even three generations will not be able to snatch the money sent to the accounts of ‘Jeevika Didis” and said that RJD-Congress have insulted ‘Chhathi Maiya’. Shah said, ‘The people of Bihar never forgive those who insult ‘Chhathi Maiya’. The annihilation of the RJD-Congress alliance is certain in this election.
Bihar will get a new airport
He has announced that if the NDA returns to power, one engineering and one medical college will be established in each district in the next five years. He said, ‘Real development is possible only under the leadership of Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar. 423 companies have signed agreements for investment of Rs 1.80 lakh crore in Bihar Business Summit. A new airport has been approved in Raxaul and a modern auditorium will be built in Motihari.
Shah said that the land of Champaran is associated with Mother Sita and Lord Ram and the government will promote religious tourism here. He announced from Champaran, the ‘workplace’ of Mahatma Gandhi, ‘Naxalism will be eliminated from the country by 31 March 2026’. He said, ‘More than 20 sugar mills that were closed during the RJD regime will be restarted and five new mills will also be established.’
