Last Saturday (March 21, 2026) in Pakistan, Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Bilal Arif Salafi was shot dead after Eid prayers outside Lashkar headquarters Markaz Taiba in Muridke. According to the information, as soon as Bilal Arif came out of the demolished premises of Salafi Markaz Taiba to meet other people of Lashkar after the Eid prayers, another terrorist commander of Lashkar-e-Taiba Ghazi Ubaidullah Khan and his wife killed Bilal.
Both the murderers are in the custody of Shekhpura police.
According to exclusive information received from sources, Ghazi Ubaidullah Khan and his wife, who killed Bilal, had also come to the demolished premises of Markaz Taiba to offer Eid namaz and after the namaz, they were waiting to kill Bilal and as soon as Bilal arrived, Ghazi Ubaidullah Khan shot Bilal three times, while Ubaidullah’s wife stabbed Bilal with knives. Both are currently in the custody of Shekhpura police.
What is the whole story behind the murder?
Ghazi Ubaidullah Khan, his wife and deceased Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Bilal Arif live in Taiba Colony of Salafi Muridke, the house which has been allotted to them by Lashkar-e-Taiba itself. Besides, other big commanders of Lashkar like terrorist Zafar Iqbal also live in this Taiba Colony. 3-4 years ago, Lashkar commander Bilal Arif Salafi had killed the son-in-law of another Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Ghazi Ubaidullah Khan, but because Bilal Arif Salafi was close to India’s wanted terrorist Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, Sheikhpura police had given a clean chit to Bilal and he was not punished.
Under which sections did the police register the FIR?
For this reason, Ghazi Ubaidullah Khan and his wife, who were burning with revenge, killed this senior Lashkar-e-Taiba commander and close aide of Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi yesterday, Saturday (March 21, 2026), just after the Eid prayers. Sheikhpura police is currently interrogating Ghazi Ubaidullah Khan and his wife, who murdered Lashkar commander Arif Bilal Salafi, and an FIR has been registered against both of them under sections of murder and disturbing the atmosphere.
Ghazi Ubaidullah was active in JK from 1993 to 2003.
According to sources, the senior terrorist Ghazi Ubaidullah Khan, who killed terrorist commander Bilal Arif Salafi, was an old terrorist of Lashkar-e-Taiba and was active in Jammu and Kashmir, India from 1993 to 2003. Later Ubaidullah Khan crossed the border back to Pakistan and started training terrorists inside Muridke.
Ubaidullah Khan was a resident of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, but after returning, his stature not only increased in Lashkar, but he was even given a house to live in Taiba Colony of Muridke. At this time, Lashkar-e-Taiba was giving a stipend of Rs 20,000 every month to Ghazi Ubaidullah Khan.
Bilal Ahmed Salafi was associated with Lashkar since 2005
Killed terrorist commander Bilal Ahmed Salafi was associated with Lashkar since 2005 and was handling the responsibility in the financial department of Lashkar, where he was the head of the finance department of Lashkar in Sheikhpura district and used to collect around 40 lakh Pakistani rupees every year.
According to sources, Lashkar-e-Taiba used to give Bilal a stipend of Rs 1 lakh 60 every month. Last Saturday (21 March) night, the Namaz-e-Janaza of Bilal Salafi, who was killed in Jamia ud Dawa located in the 6-acre campus of Markaz Tayyaba, was held and then Bilal was buried in the cemetery located in the same campus.
