Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh has been given the security of Y category by the Union Home Ministry. Based on the IB’s Threat Perception Report, the Ministry of Home Affairs has increased security. During this time, CRPF commandos will be deployed for the safety of Pawan Singh. There are different categories of VVIP security in India. It included Z+, Z, Y+ and Y categories. The Y category usually deploys 8 to 11 security personnel, including trained commandos of CRPF or CISF. These commandos live together during the person’s personal safety, travel, event and public appearance. In the case of Pawan Singh, the Ministry of Home Affairs has given this responsibility to the special unit of CRPF, which will provide them with security across the country.
In September, Baba Khan’s goons openly threatened Pawan Singh. The video of this threat became increasingly viral on social media, in which Baba Khan’s goons were seen saying that if there is Dum, then come in front of Baba Khan and show something by speaking. After the video surfaced, the Intelligence Bureau (IB) assessed the seriousness of the danger and sent its report to the Ministry of Home Affairs. Based on this report, Pawan Singh has been given a Y category security.
Preparation for Bihar assembly elections
Pawan Singh is not limited to Bhojpuri film industry alone. He is also active in politics. He is preparing to field on the BJP (BJP) ticket in the upcoming Bihar assembly elections. Earlier, he contested from Karakat seat as an independent candidate in the Lok Sabha elections, which caused the BJP to suffer losses. Now the party has taken him into its court and a strategy is being chalked out to present Pawan Singh as a star campaigner in Bihar elections.
