A shocking incident has come to light from Subramanyapuram police station area of Bengaluru, where a woman has died under suspicious circumstances. The deceased has been identified as Netravati and now her minor daughter and her four friends have been suspected of murder in this case.
Police have registered a case in this regard under Section 393/2025, Section 103(1) and Section 3(5) of BNS and started investigation. According to the information, on the night of October 30, Netravati’s sister Anita lodged a complaint with the police. It was told in the complaint that on October 27, his sister’s body was found hanging in the house, but the circumstances of death seemed suspicious.
What did the daughter of the deceased tell the police?
Meanwhile, Netravati’s daughter was also not traceable, against whom the police had registered a separate case. However, on Thursday (30 October) the daughter returned home and gave a shocking statement to the police. The deceased’s daughter told the police that on the night of October 25, when she and her mother were at home, some of her friends came home and threatened to kill her mother. After this, they killed his mother by strangulating her with a towel and later hung the body from a fan with the help of a saree, so that it looked like suicide.
Police registered the case and started investigation
The daughter also told the police that the attackers threatened her with a knife, due to which she hid in her friend’s house for three days out of fear. When she later returned to her grandmother’s house, she came to know that her mother had died. On the other hand, complainant Anita alleges that her sister was murdered by her daughter and her friends for some personal reason. Police have registered the case and now a thorough investigation into the incident is underway.
