Now this bill will be sent to the Central Government and after the approval of the Center and the approval of the President, Amaravati will officially become the capital of Andhra Pradesh.

Today Andhra Pradesh Assembly has unanimously passed the bill in this regard. Now as soon as this bill goes to the Central Government and gets approval in the Union Cabinet headed by the Honorable Prime Minister, and in the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, then it will be officially notified with the approval of the Honorable President. From that day Amaravati will be the only capital of Andhra Pradesh.
