West Bengal Election: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath sought votes for BJP candidates in the scorching heat on Monday in the West Bengal elections. After greeting everyone, including people from the tribal community, at the public meeting organized in Pingla assembly constituency, CM Yogi said that the youth in Bengal are troubled, farmers are frustrated and industries are ruined, but the Trinamool Congress (TMC) government is only engaged in appeasement. Sand, coal, land and cattle mafia are sucking Bengal, but Mamata Didi is irritated only by the slogan of Jai Shri Ram. She does not allow Durga Puja, bans idol immersion processions. Here, before the festival, there is disturbance and stone pelting at the procession.
Referring to the plight of UP before 2017, the CM said, “Then, on saying Jai Shri Ram, sticks and bullets were fired, but now Ram devotees are greeted. Now in UP ‘No curfew-no riot’ Is. UP is mafia and goon free. Bulldozers are used to break the bones and ribs of the mafia.”
Indi alliance never thought about SC-ST
CM Yogi said, “Pingla means saffron. Since the soil here is saffron, Pingla assembly constituency represents spiritual tradition. Due to the hard work of the farmers of Bengal, the soil here has yielded gold. This land is feeding the country with its fertility. The tradition here has given a new height to the tribal culture of India.”
He said, “For the first time, a woman from a tribe has got the privilege of holding the post of President. The Indian coalition including Congress and Trinamool ruled for more than 60 years, but never thought about the progress of the Scheduled Castes and Tribes. These people insult Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. They insult the President by violating the protocol in Bengal. The people of India will not accept this.”
The public will not accept a government involved in corruption and misconduct.
CM said, “The behavior of these people towards President Draupadi Murmu was the same behavior of Trinamool, Congress, DMK and SP during the Parliament session. PM Modi wanted to implement the Nari Shakti Vandan Act in 2029, but these parties did not allow the amendment to be passed. Insulting half the population, youth, farmers, poor has become their nature. The public will reject such a government involved in corruption and misconduct. Will never accept.”
Bengal will now be free from the anarchy of Trinamool
The Chief Minister said, “The spark emanating from Barrackpore had lit the flame of the first freedom struggle. The national song and anthem were composed from this land.” Taking the names of national leaders like Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore, Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay, Ramakrishna Paramhansa, Lahiri Mahasaya, Swami Vivekananda, Neta Subhash Chandra Bose, Khudiram Bose and Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee, the CM said, “The land of Bengal Gave leadership to the country, now it should be free from the anarchy of Trinamool. Congress, Left and TMC made Swarnabhoomi Bengal pauper
Seeking votes for BJP candidates Swagata Manna from Pingla and Suvendu Samant from Keshpur, the Chief Minister said, “Bengal was once called the golden land of India. This is a fertile land, there was every potential here. There were industries, talented youth, hard work of farmers, leadership of women in art and culture, but Congress, Leftists and TMC have made Bengal poor. Now Bengal is in distress. He said, “Forest dwellers, Scheduled Castes and the poor are getting ration, housing, land, pension without any discrimination, apart from cooking gas connections under Ujjwala scheme and health security under Ayushman Bharat. There is no discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, sect, language in UP. Come to UP and see the model of ‘Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas’. The goons who riot, cow slaughter, usurp the properties of forest dwellers and tribes and commit atrocities on the Scheduled Castes can only be treated by the BJP. It’s the government.”
TMC cannot control cow slaughter, smuggling and mafia
CM Yogi said, “TMC government is stopping the fencing action on the Bangladesh border, but due to appeasement it cannot control cow slaughter, smuggling, mafia. In 2022, TMC’s goons had committed atrocities on the tribal community. There is anarchy, hooliganism, mafia on the land of Bengal under the leadership of Mamata Didi for 15 years. The double engine government is planning to slaughter cows and divide Hindus on the land of Bengal. “Will not give.”
