This talk is possible only after 16th April i.e. two days later. However, it has not been officially decided yet in which country and when the meeting will be held. During the talks held in Islamabad, the US demanded Iran to stop uranium enrichment for 20 years and remove its high-level enriched reserves from the country, while Iran proposed to reduce them in a shorter period and in a controlled manner.
