Iran pressed America’s sore nerve, shared video on Trump’s abusive threat and reminded of Operation Eagle Claw

Amidst the ongoing war in the Middle East, US President Donald Trump gave Iran a deadline to open the Strait of Hormuz. During this, he used abusive words, after which Iran reminded America of the failed mission of 1980, Operation Eagle Claw. Iranian embassies around the world made fun of Trump’s comment. Trump claimed that talks are still going on between America and Iran and there is a good possibility of an agreement on April 6.

Iran reminds America of Operation Eagle Claw

After Trump’s post, the Iranian Embassy in Thailand wrote on Twitter, ‘The way the American President abuses like children, it seems that America has reached the Stone Age earlier than expected.’ The Iranian Embassy in India wrote, ‘History repeats itself. Operation Eagle Claw, a historic failure of the US military in the desert of Iran. Abusing and using abusive words is the work of losers. come to your senses.’ The Iranian Embassy also praised this incident and mentioned it on April 24, 1980.

What is America’s Operation Eagle Claw?

Operation Eagle Claw is no less than a dark chapter for America, when the US Army went to Iran to rescue hostages and itself got trapped. On November 4, 1979, extremist students from Iran captured the US Embassy in Tehran and took 66 Americans hostage. After diplomatic talks completely failed, then President Jimmy Carter approved the military rescue mission on April 16, 1980. For this operation, six US C-130 aircraft took off from Masirah Island in Oman and eight RH-53D helicopters took off from USS Nimitz.

American army returned empty handed

A fierce dust storm started rising in the desert of Iran, due to which visibility became zero. During this period, many US helicopters broke down, due to which it was decided to stop this mission. When the US Army was preparing to withdraw, an RH-53D helicopter collided with a parked C-130 transport plane, killing 8 American soldiers and injuring many others. America had to return empty handed. Then Iran had kept the American people hostage for 270 days.

Trump is blabbering like a madman: Democratic MP

New York’s Democratic Party MP Chuck Schumer also objected to Trump’s words. While wishing Easter to the people of America on social media, he said, you people are going to church and celebrating with family. At such a time, President Trump is blabbering on social media like an uncontrollable madman. Trump is like that, but our country is not like that, it deserves much better than this.

Trump used abusive words for Iran

US President Donald Trump had announced to give Iran a grace period of 48 hours. Just 24 hours before this, he had angrily told Iran to open Hormuz or else be prepared to face the consequences on Tuesday (April 7, 2026). He claimed that the US will attack Iran’s power plants and bridges on Sunday. Using a short comment on truth and abusive language, Trump ordered the opening of Hormuz.

He said in his familiar style, ‘On Tuesday, both Power Plant Day and Bridge Day will be held simultaneously in Iran (threatening that both will be targeted by America). Open Hormuz, otherwise you will be in hell. Just keep watching. In the end he wrote, ‘Praise Allah.’
