A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Gajuwaka LV Nagar of Visakhapatnam district on Sunday. Here a girlfriend was murdered, her body was cut into pieces and hidden in the fridge. Whoever heard this incident got goosebumps.
Called girlfriend after wife went to her parents’ house
According to the information, Ravindra, who worked as an aircraft technician in the Indian Navy, had an extra-marital affair with Monica, a married woman living in Kailashpuram. Ravindra’s wife had gone to her maternal home. Taking advantage of this, Ravindra had called his girlfriend Monica home on Sunday.
Dispute over money escalated and led to murder
It is being told that everything was normal between the two till night. But at midnight there was an argument between the two over some issue. After this Monica demanded some money, on which the dispute continued to escalate. In anger, Ravindra attacked Monica with a knife kept in the house. Due to this he died on the spot.
The accused cut the body into pieces, hid them in the fridge and burnt parts of the legs.
After the murder, he cut the body into four pieces and hid half of it in the fridge. The remaining part was tied in a sack and kept in a corner of the house. Apart from this, the head and leg parts were brought to Darapalem area of Pendurthi and burnt.
Police have arrested the accused and started interrogation
At present the police has arrested the accused. He is being interrogated. Other information related to the case is yet to be disclosed by the police. At present the accused is in custody. The body parts have been recovered.
