US Iran War: ‘Don’t get misled…’, PM Modi warned regarding Middle East crisis, what did he say about petrol and diesel?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today (29 March) shared his views with the people of the country and abroad through the Mann Ki Baat program broadcast on All India Radio. In the 132nd episode of Mann Ki Baat, he warned that due to the ongoing conflicts, key energy sectors are being continuously affected and the petrol and diesel crisis is deepening across the world.

PM Modi said, “This month of March has been full of events at the global level. We all remember that in the past due to Covid, the whole world had to face many problems for a long time. We all hoped that after recovering from the Covid crisis, the world would pave the way for progress with a new beginning, but situations of war and conflict kept emerging in different regions of the world.”

‘Fierce war in our neighborhood since last one month’
In the Mann Ki Baat program, PM Modi said that currently a fierce war is going on in our neighborhood for the last one month. Relatives of millions of our families live in these countries, especially work in the Gulf countries. I am very grateful to the Gulf Countries, they are providing all kinds of help to more than one crore Indians there.

Don’t be misled by rumours- PM Modi
He further said that this is definitely a challenging time. Today, through ‘Mann Ki Baat’ I will once again urge all the countrymen that we have to come out of this challenge unitedly. I would appeal to all the countrymen to remain aware and not get misled by rumours. He further said that a situation of crisis regarding petrol and diesel is increasing across the world. Due to our global relations, cooperation from different countries and the strength of the country built in the last decade, India is facing these circumstances boldly.

What to say about International Yoga Day
Apart from this, PM Modi asked the countrymen to pay attention to fitness and health. He said that International Yoga Day is coming in less than 100 days and the attraction towards Yoga is continuously increasing all over the world. The Prime Minister said that Almis ji is promoting yoga through his Arvind Yoga Center in Djibouti, Africa. He also teaches yoga to people at many other places there and spreads awareness about health.

PM Modi said that he reacted to the post of Instagram content creator Yuvraj Dua on his father’s request to reduce sugar intake. This had a positive impact on his father. Also appealed to the countrymen to reduce sugar intake and reduce edible oil by 10 percent.
