US President Donald Trump has been nominated for the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize for his role in ceasefire between Israel and Iran. The representative of the US House, Badi Carter, wrote a letter to the Nobel Peace Prize Committee, explaining the role of Trump in solving the Middle East struggle.

According to a Fox News report, Carter said, “President Donald Trump’s leadership helped end the struggle between Israel and Iran and has prevented the country’s largest state -sponsored terrorism country from getting nuclear weapons.”

This is not the first time that Donald Trump is being demanded to give the Nobel Peace Prize within America. Earlier this year, US MP Derael Isa also nominated him for the Nobel Peace Prize, citing the global impact of Trump’s 2024 election victory.

After the 12 consecutive days of war between Iran-Israel, the US and Qatar have been ceasefire on Tuesday (June 24, 2025). Trump said, “Congratulations to all, a full and final ceasefire between Iran and Israel has been agreed. Israel and Iran almost came to me and pleaded for peace. I knew that the time has come now.
