This video has been recorded by a passerby, in which a young man is driving at high speed while lying on his stomach on the seat of his bike, waving his legs in the air.
During this, he is not only putting his life at risk, but is also creating a big problem for other drivers on the road. In the viral video of the incident, it is clearly visible that the young man is neither wearing a helmet in the name of safety nor does he have any effective control over the bike.
