Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat has called for building a national temple on Tuesday (December 2, 2025). He said that a grand Ram temple, a symbol of everyone’s welfare, has now been constructed in Ayodhya. Now the next step is to build a magnificent, powerful and beautiful national temple.
He said, “The Sangh wants to unite the entire society and only a united society can make the country extremely happy and only a strong country can establish peace in the world.”
What did Mohan Bhagwat say in the gratitude ceremony?,
Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat was addressing the gratitude ceremony organized by Aditya Pratishthan as part of the centenary celebrations of RSS at Yashwantrao Chavan Natyagrih, Kothrud in Pune, Maharashtra on Tuesday (December 2, 2025). During this, he said that there is no sense of ego or responsibility in the Sangh, because the Sangh works selflessly for the society. We do not claim that only the Sangh can do good for the country. The Sangh believes that if the society becomes strong then the country will rise automatically. He said that Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) grew because the society supported it in difficult times.
Democracy is successful in India despite different languages and traditions – Vijayendra Saraswati
Shankar Abhyankar, President of Aditya Pratishthan, said on this occasion, “Many social norms of the world were destroyed due to the attacks, but India’s Hindu culture which considers the entire world as one family, always survived. The British Raj was also an attack to break the identity of India.”
Jagadguru Shankaracharya Vijayendra Saraswati Swami said, “India’s Sanatan culture leads humanity towards the betterment of the world. Despite many traditions, languages and regions, democracy in India has succeeded strongly because democratic values are Sanatan Dharma. Today, democracy has to be strengthened further by strengthening good people.”
