While addressing the Ramnath Goenka lecture in Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said regarding the results of Bihar elections that the people there have elected development. He said that the people of Bihar have rejected RJD’s Jungle Raj. He said, the historical results of Bihar show that the increasing participation of people in democracy cannot be ignored.
PM Modi said, “This time the turnout of women was nine percent more than that of men. This is also a victory of democracy. The results of Bihar have again shown how high are the aspirations of the people of India. People trust those parties which fulfill those aspirations with good intentions and give priority to development. From here, I will tell every state government of the country that the results of Bihar teach us a lesson as to what kind of government you are running. This will happen in the coming years. “Will decide the future of the times to come.”
PM Modi said, “If Lalu Yadav wanted, he could have done a lot for the development of Bihar, but he chose the path of Jungle Raj. That’s why I tell every state government to compete for ease of doing to simplify the path of investment. Then see how the public trusts you. After the Bihar elections, I have again started saying to Modi lovers that Modi works 24*7 in election mode. Stay in emotional mode and not in elections. It remains necessary.”
