Police interrogation of two accused in terrorist conspiracy case completed, Patiala court sent them to judicial custody


Patiala House Court has sent two accused Adnan Khan Delhi and Adnan Khan Bhopal to judicial custody after police interrogation, arrested in the case of alleged terrorist conspiracy related to ISIS. Both were presented in the court after completion of three days police remand.

The Special Cell of Delhi Police had arrested both of them on charges of terrorist conspiracy. Delhi Police told the court that an alarm clock has been recovered from the house of Delhi resident Adnan, which could have been used in planning a terrorist incident.

Interrogation of accused completed

Investigation has also revealed that the accused had taken oath in the name of ISIS. The investigating officer told the court that the interrogation of both of them has been completed, now they should be sent to judicial custody. After hearing the arguments, the court ordered to send both the accused to jail.

Social media accounts pending investigation

Delhi Police investigation has revealed that the accused were planning to target a mall and a public park in Delhi. Police said that the mobile data and social media accounts are yet to be investigated so that it can be found out whether other people are also associated with them.

Adnan Khan’s bail hearing will be held on this day

Actually, Adnan Khan from Delhi was arrested on 17 October and Adnan Khan from Bhopal was arrested on 19 October. Earlier his police remand was taken, which was later extended. Now both have been sent to judicial custody. The bail plea of ​​Bhopal resident Adnan Khan has been fixed for hearing on October 31.
