However, the Internet is working properly in some phones. According to Downdetetor, in many areas of India, Airtel users are currently lodging their complaints about signals.
According to the down detector, in Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Kanpur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Kolkata, Airtel customers are having problems with network and internet at this time. More than 3,500 reports were filed on Monday (18 August 2025) by 4:30 pm.
Out of this, 68 percent of the users gave complaints related to phone calls. 16 percent complaints related to mobile internet, while 15 percent complained about not getting the signal. Many users have also complained about data cuts on 4G network despite having 5G plans. Many people said that despite living in urban areas, where the coverage remains stable from normal Russia, there is a weak network.
