Dgca new rule: The Government of India has issued a draft of new rules regarding air flights. According to the Indian Aircraft Rules, 2025, now the government has asked the people that if there is any opinion or suggestion on these rules, then send within 30 days. These rules have clearly given the definitions of all technical words like airplane, drone, helicopter, pilot, flight qualification. Also, it has been decided that no aircraft will be able to fly without registration and necessary documents. Weapons, bombs or goods connected to the army can be taken on the aircraft only when written permission is taken from the government.
It has also been said in the rules that all documents should be in digital form and fees will also be deposited online. These rules will not only apply to registered aircraft in India, but will also apply to the aircraft from abroad which are operating in India.
Rules made according to ICAO
Earlier, the old rules were from the time of 1937, when air flights were very limited. There was nothing about modern things like drones, charter flights, light aircraft. Now the new rules are made according to the aerial standards (ICAO) around the world, which will further strengthen India’s aerial system. This will also help foreign companies to work in India.
Asked for suggestions and objections within 30 days
The government has sought suggestions and objections from the general public within 30 days on these rules, which can be sent to DGCA through email or post. These rules will further strengthen India’s aviation sector and ensure international flight security.
