Local people claim that the crooks were hiding in the roadside bushes and were ambushed. As soon as Razzaq’s bike reached Bijayganj in Kashipur, the miscreants started firing from the bushes. After this, the Trinamool Congress leaders fell on the ground after being riddled with bullets. In order to make him sleep completely, the miscreants attacked him with sharp weapons.
After the incident, Kolkata Police Commissioner Manoj Verma reached the spot and started the investigation while handling the front. Under this, he first deployed investigative dogs to search for criminals and started investigating the areas around the spot. Also laid siege to the area. Trinamool leaders claimed that it was the work of the people of the Indian Secular Front (ISF). At the same time, two people have been detained in the case related to the murder. The murder of Razzaq Khan has once again revealed the issue of violence and rivalry in Bengal politics. On hearing the news of the death of Trinamool Congress leader Razzaq Khan, Trinamool MLA Shukat Molla reached the spot. He mourned the death of his close friend and demanded the police administration to catch the criminals as soon as possible. At the same time, no response has been revealed from Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee regarding the matter.
