The matter is related to 2018 recruitment process
Let us tell you that this recruitment process started in the year 2018. It is alleged that when the result came, injustice was done to the reserved category candidates on a large scale and they were denied jobs.
After a long movement and going through the judicial process, on 13 August 2024, the double bench of Lucknow High Court gave a decision and ordered the candidates to be appointed following the rules. But some general category candidates went to the Supreme Court against the decision of the High Court, since then this matter is in the Supreme Court.
